Michael A Logoluso, Sr. (75) passed away peacefully to be with the Lord on the morning of June 6, 2022. Michael was born in Madera, CA on March 6, 1947 to Tony M. and Maxine M. Logoluso where he was raised on the family farm with his younger siblings. He attended Ripperdan Elementary School and graduated from Madera High School in 1965. Michael attended Reedley College before farming full time with his father and later establishing his own farming operation. He enjoyed raising grapes for cannery, wine and raisins before retiring in 2012.
Michael is survived by his two children, Michael A. Logoluso Jr. and his wife Kristi of Fresno, CA; and Michelle Hunter and her husband Scott of Atwater, CA. He is the grandfather to Macy and Morgan Logoluso; and Mitch, Zach and Ellery Hunter. He is also survived by his sister Suzanne Linder and her husband Milton; and brother Rick Logoluso and companion Palmira Braga, all residing in Madera, CA.
He enjoyed attending his children’s many events while participating in several social clubs and boards. Michael was a member of Elks Lodge and Trade Club of Madera, serving as president several times. He also served as president of Madera Youth Football while remaining heavily involved in the raisin industry. Michael was also a board member of the Raisin Administrative Committee and acted as Vice President of the Raisin Bargaining Association.
Private family service will be held at Arbor Vitae Mausoleum.
